In this 2-day live digital (on Zoom) Space M Kettlebell Workshop you’ll explore a loaded flexibility training program. Develop your strength in large range of motion and tap into new experiences of body awareness. This is the perfect input if you like to add more resistance training in your movement practice or if you like to add more flexibility training in your resistance training. Learn short sequences that you can easily integrate in your exercise regime.
