In this 2-day live digital Space M Kettlebell Workshop you’ll explore a loaded flexibility training program. Develop your strength in large range of motion and tap into new experiences of body awareness. This is the perfect input if you like to add more resistance training in your movement practice or if you like to add more flexibility training in your resistance training. Learn short sequences that you can easily integrate in your exercise regime.

For who? Open for all levels.

Equipment: You need Kettlebells during the workshop (dumbbells can also work in many of the exercises). I recommend a pair of KBs (8-16 kg) and one lighter weight (4-14 kg) for single arm work/presses.

Date: Saturday 14th and Sunday of 15th of June

Time: 09:00-15:30 CET (Central European Time). Break for lunch between 12:30-13:30
