SEQUENCE & PICTURES
Seated kneeling
Reach arms forward
Lean back to find the oppositional floating knee
Lean forward chest to floor
Pivot hands hand on the floor
Pull heel to seat
Spinal wave tail to head
Continue to press down through the tops of the feet as you lift up in Up Dog
Coil up by pressing down
Float one foot
Float one leg and climbing plank
Lower knees to the ground
Return to a kneeling position

How can the action from pressing down (in different directions) facilitate the expression through other parts of the body eg. legs, torso, arms and head?
