A learning experience
What will happen if you add more muscular activity in your body weight practice? In this Space M Yoga® you’ll either press the legs out or in towards a resistance band or a yoga block. Explore with with a more peripheral or proximal placement.
Down below you can watch the video and learn the fundamentals around abduction and adduction.
Extra resistance in abduction and adduction can help you to add more muscular activity in your legs (mainly around the hip joint). The activation is either with isometric or isotonic contractions.
Choose to use the block or mini-bands. What will happen with the coordination of the movement when you’ll get extra resistance from either direction?
