10x prone

đź’ˇHere are 10 prone exercises integrating sliding pads and a long elastic/resistance band.

❓When you lying in a prone position you can access many interesting movement directions (eg spine extension, shoulder extension, hip extension…) Integrating resistance bands and sliding pads can enhance/facilitate the experience in following exercises.
