Push-up with Up Dog

Here are some helpful ideas how to dial down/up the load and range of motion. In the video I demonstrate four variations, but there are many more ways to find a version that’s relevant for your practice. I invite you to explore different levers and add one or multiple blocks to reduce the range of motion. You can also elevate the support underneath the hands or feet to change the direction with gravity.
