Seated KB Mobility

ABDUCTION & EXTERNAL ROTATION

Place one leg in knee extension, foot in dorsal flexion and other leg in hip abduction/lateral rotation and knee flexion

  • Forward fold, KB behind back dynamic reps or/and option with isometric hold in end range

  • Rotation, side bend with KB single hand shoulder press dynamic reps or/and with with isometric hold

ABDUCTION & INTERNAL ROTATION

Change the setting for the back leg to hip abduction/internal rotation and knee flexion (foot nearby hip/plantal flexion)

  • Forward fold, KB behind back dynamic reps or/and option with isometric hold in end range

  • Rotation, side bend with KB single hand shoulder press dynamic reps or/and with with isometric hold
