Push Up & Up Dog with Kettlebell

Set up: Start in plank pose. Explore different settings with the KB. In the video I keep them parallell, but you can also create more/less internal- and external rotation.

  1. Lower eccentric phase push up

  2. Extend the spine (lower, middle and upper) and extend the elbows.

  3. Return to eccentric phase push up and decrease the extension in the spine

  4. Push away from the ground and return to the start

Modify A: Place the knees on the ground in the entire exercise or choose a specific section.

Modify B: Elevate one foot from the ground and keep the leg airborne during the movement. Anti-rotate from the hips to torso.
