Partner training 360 degrees
In this sequence you’ll explore isometric an dynamic resistance training in different directions. Your partner will hold your foot/feet/leg/legs as you turn 360 degrees. You can decide to place the support more proximal or distal to adjust the the lever (less/more heavy). When you take away the support you can either move slow and gentle or you can make a rapid transition. For the reverse plank and front plank with pike your partner need to move forwards/backwards. Decide who’s the boss🤣.
