Assisted stretching seated hip abduction with knee flexion (Butterfly position)

In this set-up I use 2 weights (Kettlebells) and a wall and I combine isometric contractions (against the weights) followed by a short relaxation and a long hold stretch (assisted by the weights). One idea for programming is isometric contractions 5-10 seconds, followed by 15-60 seconds stretch in 3-5 sets.
