⚡️Assisted suspension squat with abduction/adduction + external/internal rotation
🔧 Use the traction from cable machine or a strong elastic band. Explore different settings with the feet. More parallel or turned out + distance between the feet.
Side to side with hip abduction/external rotation. Support with one hand on the ground.
Next layer begins with hip adduction/internal rotation and then the previous movement. Return from the outside leg and finally with the other one. The timing of the legs will help you to distribute the bodyweight.
Begin as the previous exercise + add a lean. Here is an opportunity to transfer the bodyweight sideways.
