A little bit of everything…

A little bit of everything and not too much or too little goes a long way

This sequence adds several layers of exploring different movement directions. Whenever you practicing it’s helpful to think that your eyes should locate what’s in front, behind, above and below you and the corners of the room.

Here is a sequence with a little bit of everything… Not too much or too little goes a long way.

Space M Yoga 3-legged dog with 180 degree turn:

  • Down dog

  • 3-legged dog

  • 3-legged dog with leg pull

  • Step forward wide lunge

  • Rise to standing

  • Single-leg standing with SLR

  • Lower to wide lunge

  • Leaning lunch forwards and backwards

  • Arm circle front to back

  • Heel to seat/hand to foot

  • 90 degrees turn to 1/2 kneeling and 1/2 squat

  • Side plank

  • Side plank with leg pull hip flexion/abduction

  • Step back to plank position and Push-ups

  • Rolling Cobra

  • Transfer to Down dog

⚡️Loop the sequence either repeat ing with same leading leg or change to the other side.
