Ice Bug Experience West Coast 22🇸🇪

Amazing trail running race over three days across Swedish archipelago. First day 21k, second 30k and today grand finale with 25k.

Great organisation by Icebug and the local hosts Ramsvik Stugby. So thankful to hang out and run with my dear friends and seeing colleagues from the physiotherapy -and sport industry.
