5 dagar med 5 yogaklasser och weekendboost<br />
Vi tränar en lång, het mangovinyasayogaklass som ger din kropp kraft, balans och öppning. Till träningen kan du följa ett matschema som ger dig spännande näring och vitalitet. Perfekt start för sommaren och för att boosta ditt system. Klasserna kommer att hållas i Hotyogastudion i Johanneberg. Salen är uppvärmd till ca 35 grader och yogan är för dig som är van eller sugen på att träna intensivt och kan hantera en varm miljö.</p>
<p>Tillfällena är planerade enligt nedan:<br />
• torsdag 7/6 17:30-19:00<br />
• fredag 8/6 17:30-19:00<br />
• lördag 9/6 16:00-17:30<br />
• söndag 10/6 18:00-19:30<br />
• måndag 11/6 19:30-21:00</p>
<p>Pris: 1000:-/person (ink moms 6%)<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You can spiral your spine healthy. Let deep twists be apart of your daily movement sequence. If you place your hand on the floor (infront of your foot, on the bend leg side) you can use the strenght of the arm from the floor and then radiate out energy through the chest, shoulder and all the way to your fingertips. Create space in the body! Let one leg be bend and the other strong and energized. Keep flowing from side to side and let the inbreath turn the body and the outbreath be a transition over to the other side. Thank you James D´Silva for your wonderful garuda matwork routines.</p>
